Maerials Laboratory needed for artifacts analysis of artifacts from a Paleo site in Virginia. Specifically, analysis of a black glazing compound which was used to coat some of the limestone sculptures recovered. Appears to be bitumen/asphalt base. Possibly, pitch was utilized.
