MULTIPLE TESTING & SAMPLES

A notary public & DOT testing firm is seeking a CLIA-waivered, certified USA laboratory partner to provide ongoing R&D and clinical testing support for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT drug and alcohol screening services. We require a lab capable of handling urine, hair, and saliva testing, as well as COVID-19 rapid test processing, to support our mobile and in-office operations.
Our goal is to establish a reliable partnership with a lab that offers:

- Efficient turnaround times

- Electronic Chain of Custody (eCCF) compatibility

- Access to lab-based confirmatory testing

- Seamless integration with MRO (Medical Review Officer) services.

This partnership will support our compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), DOT, and state regulatory requirements while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and quality in all testing procedures.
We are interested in labs with experience working with small businesses, TPAs, and mobile testing providers.
