MULTIPLE TESTING
I need a lab to test specimens collected and to provide the testing supplies. What labs can be sent on contract? Is there a minimum qty for processing? What is the max processing? What are the testing fees? Are there varying fees? What is the result turnaround time? If labs cannot be processed at the main lab are there additional fees for specimens to be sent to a reference lab? What are turnaround times for reference lab specimens, if necessary? What would the terms and conditions be for a contract? Is there an annual fee? Or only fees when labs are processed?
