Require SPF testing services for internal research purposes. This is not for batch release or regulatory compliance but rather for independent verification to support our product development. To proceed, I would appreciate detailed information on the following:

1. Pricing Cost for each test individually Availability of bundled or package pricing Any additional fees (e.g., administrative, sample handling)

2. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround time for each test Expedited testing options and additional costs, if available

3. Sample Submission Requirements Required sample quantity (sample: 1 lip balm) Packaging and labeling guidelines Shipping instructions or restrictions Any necessary documentation for submission

4. Payment Terms Accepted payment methods (e.g., wire transfer, credit card) Payment terms (e.g., upfront payment, net 30)

6. Sample Handling Post-Analysis Once testing is complete, we authorize you to dispose of the remaining sample
