CPSC Consumer Products Safety Commission-approved laboratory needed for testing children's products, a jigsaw puzzle turtle, to prove compliance with ASTM F963-16/17 (Toys safety requirements standard) and CPSIA (The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA)).
