Cosmetic Products Manufacturing - EU Regulations

Project Description

Consultation needed for cosmetics and personal care products manufactured in the EU. We wish to get two types of toothpastes made in Bulgaria. Could you please let us know if products manufactured in the EU need a Safety Assessment Report (COSMETIC PRODUCTS SAFETY REPORT) and registration in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) database?
Also, would you be able to assist us with this, if necessary?
