Cleanroom & Office to Rent

Project Description

Need to rent a cleanroom and office as we're building a mini-lab for semiconductor chips R&D in San Jose.
Here are my detailed requests.
1. Cleanroom
- Class: 1000
- Area: 100m2
- N2 Air and electrical power required.

2. Office
- Area: > 70m2

3. The cleanroom and the office should be placed in same building. If it is not possible, the distance between both spaces should less than 100m.

Please reply with a rental quote.
It will be also helpful if you suggest a company that can fulfill my requirements.
