RFP / RFQ Laboratory Test Kits and Supplies

Project Description

Laboratory needs to purchase testing kits and supplies for the following diagnostics from CLIA licensed and CAP accredited and SAMHSA certified manufacturer with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification:

- Respiratory
- Blood and Culture Identification
- Pneumonia
- Meningitis/Encephalitis

Criteria is to partner with a reputable supplier on a reoccurring schedule on the basis of quality, lead time, and is not produced in the following countries based on client preference. No products produced in China or India.
