Large Radiant Heating Tubes Thermal Cycling and Dielectric Tests
Project Description
Large Oil Company needs Contract Laboratory to perform thermal cycling and dielectric tests on large radiant heating tubes that are electrically heated with immersion elements inside? Each radiant tube (total of 3) is 4 inches diameter, and 45 feet length with max power of 100 kW. Testing to be performed includes dielectric breakdown with various purge gases (Air, Argon, Hydrogen) inside the tube at expected operating temperature of 950'C and rated voltage of 700 VAC or VDC. If facility is available, we are interested in discussing further details to develop budgetary pricing and schedule for program of work beginning in 2022. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
