Supercritical CO2 Impurity Analysis for Direct Air Capture (DAC) Applications

We are seeking a qualified laboratory capable of handling and analyzing supercritical fluid (SCF) CO₂ samples at 1200 psig for approximately 15 impurities. These samples originate from a Direct Air Capture (DAC) facility located near Midland, TX. The objective is to evaluate your lab’s capacity to manage high-pressure SCF CO₂, ensure representative subsampling, and deliver reliable impurity profiles.

The initial requirement is for the analysis of 10 samples, followed by routine monthly testing. Additionally, laboratories that meet our criteria may be added to an approved list of CO₂ analysis providers for clients contributing CO₂ to our regional CO₂ hub.
