Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Analysis for Gene Expression in Candida glabrata

A laboratory partner is required to perform quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) gene expression analysis of Candida glabrata. Services may include RNA extraction, RNA quality assessment, cDNA synthesis, and quantitative PCR analysis of target fungal genes. Laboratories with experience in fungal molecular biology and RT-PCR/qPCR gene expression profiling are preferred.
