We need comprehensive mechanical testing on a composite material consisting of a plastic honeycomb core bonded between carbon fiber face sheets. Recommended testing includes tensile, compression, shear, flexural, impact (drop weight), and V-notch shear evaluations using a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) and other appropriate equipment.
